Important Update: Skyward Q Registration Access

MWISD would like to clarify that families who completed returning student registration before July 1 should not be affected by the current Skyward Q access issue.

Families who did not complete registration before July 1, as well as those enrolling new students, will be unable to begin the registration process because the system is not generating the required email. If you are unsure whether your child’s registration was completed before July 1, unfortunately, you will need to wait until the issue is resolved.

We understand how frustrating this is and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our team continues to work with Skyward to find a solution, and we will notify families as soon as registration is fully functioning. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Earlier this month, MWISD transitioned from Skyward SMS to the new Skyward Q system with the goal of providing a seamless registration experience for our families. Unfortunately, we encountered an unexpected issue when registration opened. The system is currently not generating the email parents need to begin the registration process.

Families who completed returning-student registration before the transition should not be affected. This issue impacts families who did not complete registration before the transition and those enrolling new students.

We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is actively working with Skyward to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
