Bilingual
One-Way Dual Language is the bilingual program offered in Mineral Wells ISD. In this program we provide the one-way dual language model. The goal is to develop bilingualism and biliteracy, boost high academic achievement, and promote cross-cultural competence. The Bilingual program is available in Mineral Wells ISD in grade PK-6.

English as a Second Language
The English as a Second Language program (ESL) is an intensive English language instruction program provided by ESL certified teachers who are trained in effective second language acquisition methods. The goal of ESL programs is English learners to attain proficiency in English to participate equitably in school. Mineral Wells ISD has the ESL program in grades PK-12.
