Know the Signs-MWISD Suicide Prevention Training on Monday, January 29th

Concerned parents, youth, community members, and educators are all invited to attend the MWISD Suicide Prevention training , "Know the Signs" will be on Monday, January 29th at 6:00 pm at the Mineral Wells Jr. High. Maternal & Child Health Specialist, Deanna Ochoa will be offering training in support of increasing awareness of the warning signs of suicide, intervention techniques, and offer available resources for those in crisis. A brown bag meal and childcare will be provided.

The 92nd Annual MWHS Coronation, "Winter Wonderland"

Over the history of Mineral Wells High School, many fads and trends come and go, but the formal elegance of the Coronation remains an integral part of our year. Mineral Wells High School will be celebrating its 92nd Annual Coronation on January 27th at 8 pm in the high school auditorium. This year’s theme is “Winter Wonderland”.

The evening will be spent honoring our high school royalty, enjoying our talented student entertainment, and dancing the night away at the Royal Ball. Tickets go on sale at the high school office on Monday, January 22nd for $10.00 and you must have a ticket to attend the dance.
