Mineral Wells ISD's core values embrace honesty, integrity, teamwork, excellence, a belief in students, accountability, continuous improvement, and partnerships with parents, businesses, and our community.

We believe that purposeful engagement is the most effective way to learn for both student and adult learners. We also believe building relationships is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen an organization and a community.

That’s why we’ve launched Your Voice Matters, an online resource where community members can share ideas, suggestions or concerns directly with our school district by using the link below. Every submission will be read, reviewed and taken into consideration.

Your Voice Matters is one tool available for you to provide feedback.  It should not replace other interactions, such as phone calls, face-to-face meetings, or email.

This communication channel is always open, so we encourage you to visit this page when you have an idea that could transform our schools and classrooms, or if you need to ask a question or share a thought. We want to hear from you.

Once a submission has been made, the proper person or department will be notified.  If you request a response, you will hear back from us within two school days.

This page is also home for conversations in the form of surveys that will run between specific dates and will focus on specific issues. Your honest feedback will help us understand your priorities and the reasons for those priorities. All surveys are strictly anonymous, and will be easily accessible online or by requesting a paper copy. No one in the district will be able to connect your identity with your survey responses. We are here to listen and work together to reach solutions.

Through Your Voice Matters, we are taking transparency and collaborative decision-making to a new level while we work together to strengthen Mineral Wells ISD.
