The STAR Program staff will:
 
• Help you choose a health plan
• Help you choose a primary care provider
• Help you change your plan
• Help you get a STAR ID card
• Help you learn more about Children’s Medicaid
Medical and Dental Services.
You’ll need to bring:
• Your Texas Benefits Medicaid Card
• STAR Welcome Packet (A big white envelope
that has the STAR logo)
