Mineral Wells ISD currently uses CSCOPE as its curriculum guide.
What is CSCOPE?
CSCOPE is a comprehensive curriculum management system built on the most current research-based practices in the field. The system bundles all the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) that we need to teach at each grade level and subject with the specificity and rigor needed. It assures that we teach the TEKS in a timely manner.

The teachers will consult the Vertical Alignment Documents to plan instruction and use the Year at a Glance for sequencing their lessons. The Instructional Focus Documents establish the framework for instruction with standards of performance clearly articulated. Teachers may select the resources to deliver the Instruction so students can meet the performance standard in a timely manner. Unit assessments provide a means of determining successes and areas in need of review across grade levels and subjects.
